Full Technology Landscape Assessment
Led a full enterprise technology landscape assessment covering applications, infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and operational processes to identify gaps, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
Problem
The organization operated with fragmented systems, non-standardized architectures, under-utilized infrastructure, and high cloud spending. No end-to-end visibility existed across the technology landscape.
Approach
Conducted discovery across 8 technical domains: Applications, Integration, Infra, Network, Cloud, Security, Data, and ITSM. Collected inputs through workshops, logs, cloud billing, architecture diagrams, and interviews. Built an evaluation matrix based on performance, scalability, security, and cost. Identified technical debt, redundant systems, and gaps in governance. Assessed workloads against cloud best practices (WAF, SRE, FinOps).
Solution
Delivered a full assessment package including: Technology Heatmap (current vs target maturity) Risk & Gap Register (architecture, security, operational gaps) Cloud Spend Analysis + Optimization Strategy Compute, Network, Database, Storage Assessments Application Rationalization Recommendations Integration & API Improvement Plan Target-State Architecture Blueprint 3-Year Technology Transformation Roadmap
Impact
Reduced technology risks by identifying critical vulnerabilities and architecture gaps. Achieved up to 35% cost savings potential through resource rightsizing and consolidation. Enabled modernization initiatives (SASE, Zero Trust, cloud migration). Improved operational reliability and eliminated redundant systems. Provided leadership with clear visibility to support budgeting and prioritization.
